       1.缓慢关闭阀门,削减冲击波的强度。
       2.在阀门前设置蓄能器。以减小冲击波传播的距离。
       3.应将管中流速限制在适当范围内,减小管路长度,使用壁薄,直径大的管路以及弹性好的橡皮软管等。
博牛社区        4.为减轻机构运动件速度发生急剧变化引起的液压冲击,应当加长机构制动时间,使速度变化均匀。制动时间无法延长或使用电磁阀关闭回油路时,可以在油缸或油马达排油路上加缓冲阀与过载溢流阀。
